The Shardeloes Manager could not possibly run the Centre smoothly without her team of experienced and qualified staff including a Chief Instructor, Yard Manager, Full-Time Instructors, Grooms, Handyman, Receptionist, Working Students and more. The Manager is keen to ensure all staff understand that the Riding Centre and Livery Yard are to be run as a leisure industry as well as a professional equestrian centre. Consequently we work hard at making you feel welcome and relaxed. It can sometimes be quite daunting approaching a new sport and you can often feel out of place. We hope this does not happen here.
